Our clients are two practising artists. They approached us with that perennial question: "What can we do with our place after being here all these years?"
Their property had organically grown to fit them and their family over time. It sits snug against a railway line on the corner of a very busy urban junction.
In response to the client's question, we carried out a feasibility study. In the end we unlocked the potential for a scheme in which the property could truly function as a live-work-retail scheme, comprising of Home, Studio and Shop. This left the family with a clear vision of the true value of their property.
