The clients for this project needed a main bathroom adding to the rear of their property. Connecting the raised ground floor with the garden and the lower basement was not easy.
The proposal deals with these tricky constraints, offering more than just steps to the bathroom. The link becomes a space in itself, integrating seating for the kids to hang out and for everyone to enjoy the amazing views out towards the rear. The bathroom is kept very private, with carefully located windows balancing privacy, outlook and natural light.
